Here's a couple of notes on the best way to send in your question:

Be sure to ask an open-ended question so that you get a fuller response. An example would be a question that starts with "how" or "where" or "what".  (A closed-ended question would only allow a yes or no response and you're looking for details.)​

Prepare your question by holding the intention of what you want, then trust that Spirit will give you the exact answer you need.

Here's how I prepare for your question:

Once I receive your question, I quieten my mind by meditating and then ask for guidance. Once I'm connected, Spirit sends me moving images (much like watching a series of mini videos) along with sensory information on how to interpret these images. I see (clairvoyant) and sense (clairsentient) and I have a knowing (claircognizance.) I don't typically hear (clairaudient.) I will offer a running commentary on everything that I see and sense.

Sometimes your loved ones may come through if they want to offer their love and guidance to your current issue. Should they come forward and you don't recognize them (they often appear the way they perceived themselves while here), focus on the message, not the messenger.

When I read, I may use the term "they" or "Spirit," and for me, it's Love and Light. Please apply your understanding of God, the Universe and your connection to Source.​​
